I would like the ability to save components, groups of components (i.e. custom blocks), or entire screens at the profile level so that I can reuse them in multiple apps.

This is something we plan to have, and we've been working toward this with all the updates we've been doing around styles, etc. But, there's still more to be done before we're ready.
