new stylesheet save, use has bug

I customized a button and saved the style to a style sheet. I then created another button and associated with the same stylesheet and did the update. Background color and Borders:radius does not get set. Border style cannot be reset. Font weight i.e. regular, bold is not updated.

This should be fixed, let us know if it comes up again.

Also, it would be nice to have edit option in the themes and style where you can delete style options in named style but can't edit. It is not required if all changes in styles can be updated in component styles but as it is not working currently.
